Observed data, not an interpretation: Public Storage's dataset that this site tracks grew from 3,539 to 4,637 advertised stores between July 19, 2026 and July 24, 2026 — consistent with the publicly reported integration of National Storage Affiliates (NSA) inventory into Public Storage's site. This page reports the resulting change in advertised store count and pricing signals, market by market. It draws no conclusion about operator intent and makes no claim about why any individual store's numbers moved — it measures what changed in the two snapshots and nothing more.

Method: each snapshot is grouped by ZIP3 (first 3 digits of a store's zip) exactly as on /markets.html, using the same 3-store reliability threshold and the same Renter Leverage Score heuristic (0-100, 50 ≈ average — see markets.html for the full methodology and its caveats). A "new market" is a ZIP3 with zero tracked stores on July 19, 2026 and at least one on July 24, 2026 — that can reflect newly-integrated stores, improved discovery, or both; the two aren't distinguishable from this data alone.
